Who we are
This website and the KYC demonstration service are operated by QuantoSei, Maputo, Mozambique. You can reach us at info@quantosei.com.
Website analytics
We measure how this website is used with our own, first-party analytics. We record pages viewed, country-level location, browser and device type, referring website, campaign parameters in the URL, and non-personal events such as section views, form starts and CTA clicks. Visitors are identified by a pseudonymous hash and we do not store raw IP addresses. No third-party advertising or analytics tags are currently loaded.
Cookies
We use a first-party session cookie only when needed to remember a language choice or keep administrators logged in. The site also uses browser storage to retain campaign attribution for a submitted enquiry and to avoid repeatedly showing the same lead prompt. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Embedded videos
Product videos on this site are embedded from YouTube using its privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), which does not set tracking cookies unless you play the video. Playing a video is subject to Google's privacy policy.
Live demo data
The live demo processes camera images and any documents you upload in order to perform the verification you requested. Demo data is stored on QuantoSei's own servers and is not shared with third parties. The demo is a shared evaluation environment: please avoid submitting real personal documents unless you are comfortable doing so. You can request deletion of your demo data at any time by emailing info@quantosei.com.
Contact form
When you submit a contact, pilot or exit-feedback form we store the details you provide, such as name, work email, company, phone, use case, feedback reason and message, together with available campaign attribution. Exit feedback can be anonymous; we contact you only if you provide an email. We do not add you to mailing lists or sell these details.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you by emailing info@quantosei.com.
